Se negó la solicitud presentada por el Director del Ordenamiento Jurídico del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia, quien pidió aclarar la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-991/04.
Esta Corporación ha señalado que no procede aclaración para precisar los efectos de las sentencias de constitucionalidad.
Se ha dicho con anterioridad: “la jurisprudencia constitucional ha establecido claramente la imposibilidad de resolver consultas o solicitudes, presentadas por autoridades judiciales o particulares, en las que se pide la aclaración de los efectos de sus fallos, pues esta es sin duda, una atribución que se escapa del marco funcional que la constitución le asigna a la corte constitucional y contraria los principios sobre los que descansa la efectiva y pronta administración del justicia”.
Contra el presente auto no procede recurso alguno.
